The UltraWave Microwave Detection Sensor is engineered for outdoor perimeter intrusion detection. It comprises a microwave transmitter and receiver that identify motion within a specified area. The transmitter emits microwave energy, continuously monitored by the receiver. Any movement within the detection zone causes a fluctuation in the received signal, which the receiver processes to declare a sensor alarm when the signal variation matches the criteria for a valid target.
